Currently offered for on-line learning only via zoom, workshop investment $150.00 Do you find yourself feeling scattered, run down and depleted? If so, this workshop is for you! Students will learn techniques for Earthing and centering to maintain a more peaceful lifestyle. Earthing allows us to connect with Mother Earth. This increases our connection to nature, the natural world and allows us to de-stress and just be. Earthing is also useful during energy work and meditation to ensure a strong connection to the physical realm is maintained. Centering allows us to be present, to have more awareness for what our needs and desires are and allows us to be more authentic. Workshop includes a workbook. PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE WILL BE RECORDED AND USED FOR FUTURE ONLINE COURSES / WORKSHOPS. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A RELEASE FORM. Please note there are no refunds / transfers allowed for this course. If you sign up and cannot attend, you will be able to access the recording.

Cancellation Policy

Things happen, we all get that. However I need my time and energy to be respected the same way it is in how I show up for you. Session Cancellation Policy: All sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be invoiced at 50% of the session fee. No show appointments will be invoiced for the full session fee. If you have a benefit plan, please note it WILL NOT cover the above fees. Course and Workshop Cancellation Policy: All courses and Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can be rescheduled with 14 days notice for a fee of $150.00 USD. If the offering has gone up in price, you will also need to pay the difference.
